Do you do more of sitting or standing at work?

For those who are currently employed by a company or firm to work for them, how do they have you working throughout the weekdays you're meant to be working? Do you sit down more to work or your made to stand like security guards do where they're employed?

For me my job involves more of the sitting than standing. I put the security seals on food items in a cooking oil processing factory. You have to sit down for you to have a good position for doing the work.

I work at a fast-food restaurant. I'm on my feet all day, but it's not a big deal cause I'm in aerobic shape. Anyone else in similar jobs?

I'm thankful to have a mixture of sitting and standing/walking at my job. I don't always have to be stuck at my desk but can sit if I want.

I definitely prefer a job where I keep busy. I like to work on computers, so my preference would be sitting down.

We have the same preference. I always like to sit down and complete my jobs instead of standing up where it is not necessary.

It's almost to work standing when trying to get things done online. I recently started using my phone more to create new content.

Busy in terms of standing up or what exactly? I will always want to sit and enjoy instead of always standing up. I mean there is no need to keep standing for whatever reason.

I work form home. I have a height adjustable desk, so sometimes I work on my computer in a standing position, however, most of the time I will be sitting on my chair. I have ergonomic chair, so it is quite comfortable to work.

I usually sit when working from home. However, I can also stand without any trouble since no one is watching me. There are times when I prefer to stand to incorporate some stretching while working online. Hehe.

Sit at work for long hours or same for stand at work has bad consequences, there must be system of 30 5 means 30 minutes of standing 5 minutes of sitting or reverse for those how work on computer, to enable to blood pressure to be back to normal levels, this is to resume everything.

As an editor, I do more sitting than standing. Most times, I could even sit for hours. To prevent health issues, I always try my best to take breaks and stretch my legs as often as I can.
