Just like the title states. Should trans women be allowed to compete in female sports? I say no because most men physically superior than most women.

This is a debate I have heard a lot and I can understand why there is different opinions on it and why many tend to sway towards the no, they should not be allowed.

I myself believe that if you were once a man and you are now a woman, you should not be able to compete in women's sports. Even thought you may have gone through a process and you may have had surgery to be a woman, you are still a man in terms of physique and also strength as well. This would make it not fair for those women who are women I don't believe. Many will disagree with me but that is how I see it.

The procedure that alters a person's private parts doesn't diminish the testosterone levels to make her not have the temperament of a man. There is a level of testosterone in women that make them softer than men which unfortunately, the transgender woman has above that level. That's why I am against them competing in female only sports.

Some people believe that changing one's sexual orientation only entails changing one's genitalia; however, this is not the case; a man's testosterone hormone makes him strong, therefore being transgender does not imply complete transformation.

The doctor could be precise if this is a man or woman. Because he does diagnostics and knows the real gender of a person. It should not be based on person's desire. The short answer is no. Because it could be in reality men.

If trans women want to compete, then they should create their own trans competitions and compete under that category.
Indeed true. But there must be some organizations that could organize that event. They could not do everything alone for example. This is add to legal papers and laws of competitions and prizes and participants fee or spectators.

I agree with Mike, they should put up their own league. If they identify as such. But joining a female contest or sports, is a no-no for me. Or the organizers can allow them to join a male sports then much better.

Just like in pageants, why a Miss Universe owner allow trans woman to join? When in fact there is another competition for them.

For me, I believe they should not be allowed to compete. If you noticed, the word trans is included whenever anyone makes mention of them, they are not called women but trans women, so i feel if does not make sense allowing them to participate. There should be a different category for them. The same way whenever I want to register on a site or an app, when it comes to gender they usually ask three questions. Male, female or others.
