How many times do you exercise a week?

I am very regular to my exercising. I make sure that I exercise almost daily. I only miss it when I am not keeping well. Even in my busy schedule and bad weather, I make sure that I do some bit of exercise for 20_25 minutes indoors. On a regular day, my exercise session is of 45 minutes to one hour.
 
I am a person who has been exercising most of my life, I exercise 4 or 5 times a week, because if I rest for a long time my energy and mood begin to decline as well, so training frequently is important for me even if it is at low intensity, how many days do you train a week?
That’s solid discipline. I’m not as consistent as you, but I try to hit 3 days a week—usually a mix of weights and cardio. If I push beyond that, I sometimes feel burnt out instead of energized, so I balance rest days in between. For me, the key is just staying regular rather than going all in every single day. Curious, do you focus on strength training mostly or mix in other activities like running or cycling?
