Has technology made people lazy?

Technology has become a lot more popular over the years with almost everything we do not relying on technology in some way. Due to this, many people believe that it is making us lazy having so much technology that can do almost everything now for us, from Alexa devices which we can connect to things such as lights and even gadgets now, simply asking Alexa to do something without moving has become the normal.

Do you feel technology is making us lazy?

People have actually become more lazy with technology. They don't feel likely stepping out to meet loved ones. They can always do video calls. People don't step out to markets to buy things any longer, they just place orders. The Gen Z would be a very highly lazy generation.

People don't enjoy walking a distance anymore. They will rather go by car or bike. This has made a lot of people now become obsessed at the end.

The price of laziness is health problems. Unless technology is balanced with artificial exercise, (gym etc.) it can be very bad. Who has heard of this idea?

Oh without a doubt, we failed to put in place a set of checks and balances to make sure it wouldn't overtake and now its just too late. Good luck getting most people to look up from their phone.

Yeah its not so much that people are lazy and more that technology has made life and work easier. There is less physical strain put on the body these days and as a result health issues arise.

I'm actually sick of technology and this is even from someone into web development. I mean, I long to be away from it and at work I am away from it. Anyone feel similar?

Of course yes. Technology has made so many people to be lazy. Especially with the invension of the Al everything is automated.
