What are pros and cons of a higher minimum wage? Well, some say that they can't live on minimum wage, but then again, others say a higher wage causes unemployment and inflation.

The minimum wage should be decent and compulsory. There is no point keep a person committed without giving proper means to meet their expenses.

One solution to inflation is leaving. For instance, in NYC apartments can reach $4000 a month but in East Grand Forks Minnesota, they are around $500 I think.

Why do you figure people don't leave? The answers are obvious.

How is it the government's fault, though? Why must everything be fixed by the government? In fact, it's an economic concern caused by supply and demand and other things.

I think the minimum wage should be high as it will help with increasing the standard of living for the people. I don't think it is high wages that brings unemployment but the lack of Job vacancies
