Should we edit the human Germaline to eliminate diseases completely?

There is a tool called CRISPR, a powerful gene-editing tool, allows genetic engineers to alter human DNA. What this does is that it can alter the DNA of a sperm cell to remove susceptibility to some diseases.

Don't you think that would be good for the world to eliminate some diseases for it not to appear ever again in future generations. Or do you think that it would lead to designer humans?
