You need to be in the Masters user group. Which you can get under user upgrades. Which is a paid group. I think I changed the color to it. hehe

EDIT: moved some colors around.

What additional features are entailed under that user group? I assume you can change your username colour for example, like I see @guyyanthony has done?

You can not change it on your own. The color comes with the user group.
