Is China truly a threat to the US?

Trump has been stressing this in his politics and many Americans agree. Anyway, though, it was the US buying up products that built up China or is that sounding pompous? Well, I think China is a strong threat, but things could still be exaggerated.

The challenge is not about pulling the manufacturing jobs to America but it is more of if manufacturing businesses would be profitable operating from America. China is a real economic threat not just to the United States but Europe too.
