what on earth is a "microlike"?

Could someone please explain what a "microlike" is supposed to be? ...😄 I've never heard of this being used anywhere, other than here. Tbh it just sounds like a made up pseudo-"word". I've Googled "microlikes" and it appears there are no results. All it shows is results for 'micro-links'.
