Unfortunately i only know how to speak the English language. I was hoping to learn other languages, but for some reasons i just couldn't.

In some ways, i would say social media has contributed in making most people, especially the young adults fall into depression, especially when they see the amount of fake life people live on social media.

As an editor, I do more sitting than standing. Most times, I could even sit for hours. To prevent health issues, I always try my best to take breaks and stretch my legs as often as I can.
