Is the person who is doing right, going against everyone?

Is the person doing what is right a hero going against even their family? Anyway, the Bible seems to suggest a good probability that the person following God will have to dump the family. Is that a good assessment?

Same Bible also said we are the light of the world, so I believe it is also our duty to bring others along as well. Even if it's our family members, so instead of just ignoring them because you are the right thing and they aren't, try talking to them first before giving up on them.

The person who is doing right might be along at some point, he might look like going against everyone, however, at the end of the day a lot of people will join him and he will be revered for what he is doing. Jesus is one good example. He started along but he was not alone.

No he or she isn't going against anyone but standing by what is right. The person might look alone because he or she is not ready to follow the bandwagon
