What is feeding the victim mentality in the US?

One thing that is feeding it is big phrama. In other words, everybody has a disease or something, so they can get on disability, and then leave all the hard-work to Central American latinos. Anyway, big phrama is all happy, though, and so are countless social workers, cause it's bringing them big money.

Is this a far-right conspiracy like from Elon Musk? It probably is, but I can't discount all his rants.
