Are you a vegetarian, or your family is vegetarian? I tried a vegetarian diet for 2 years. Sine I did not experience any visible changes in my body, I again switch back to non-veg foods.

Still have no clue what I am doing for dinner today. Kids have been eating at school and had a big meal and they also ate something when they got home as well so I am deciding on what to do that they will eat. Oh, the joys! LOL
