I don't really buy it. Obviously, they've deluded themselves. Well, while it was true the Germans were fighting Bolshevism, they were also literally trying to ethnically cleanse Russia to make room for Germans. However, these guys are giving the impression they weren't fighting the Soviet people, but just the government which was supposedly insane and brainwashing them.
