    Its both. Every person has the right to create a child and love / nurture / discipline / teach / guide / provide for / etc etc etc / the child. However when a person fails to do that and puts the child's well being in danger, then being a parent becomes a privilege which can be taken away...

    I'd say we need to pay attention to the major economies in the world (China, Japan, Russia, Germany, UK, India, etc). What they do effects us directly.
